Training starts for 3 peak challenge!

Training starts for 3 peak challenge!

Arevna will attempt to climb the three highest mountains in the UK. Starting in Scotland with Ben Nevis, then moving on to England for Scafell Pike, followed by Snowdon in Wales, raising money for Save the Children International, in May 2019

Our team are training before work and during their lunch breaks to get fit and practice for those peaks. The team competing consists of 3peak veterans, to the newbies, plans to start the rigorous training now and intend to be ready for trek by early 2019.

We have set small challenges to complete through their training so we can track their progress along the way, so watch this space!

Why have we chosen Save The Children?

We have decided to support Save the Children International, as they support poverty-stricken families across the world, whether it be through natural disaster, war or whatever reason, it is often children that suffer most. Families are forced to pull them out of school to work, they can no longer afford nutritious food and if a child gets sick they cannot afford to pay for healthcare.

They will work with these families, and help put things in place to support these children to remain in education and provide them with the right food and healthcare, ensuring they have the best chance in life.

All of us at Arevna will appreciate your support on this challenge. We will be setting up a go fund me page, in the very near future. We will appreciate any donations to support us.
